On minor bug detected in Mylyn Commons Notification UI: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=468700

Will follow that up with Mylyn team and hopefully get a fix until final release.

The release of the RC2 packages is scheduled for tomorrow/Friday at 10am EST as usual.
