[epp-dev] Late change in icon for PHP package

Hi, 

As we resurrected the PHP package for the Luna release, we wanted to have a fresher icon [1] for it on the download page. Unfortunately the CQ [2] is still pending, but I have been assured by Mike that it will be approved on the next Board meeting next Monday.

However, this formal approval will be after the RC4 release. I wonder if this is an issue for updating the icon on the download site. 

Currently, the icon is hosted on [3] and it is not really packed in the EPP package. So, I believe it will be possible to request the webmaster to upload the new icon on the same URL [3] and it will be automatically displayed on the download page.

Are my assumptions correct?
