[epp-dev] early builds towards Luna RC3

Hi all,

while we are still waiting for some RC2 votes...I've updated the config files for RC3, and yesterday evening we re-enabled the build. This allows for early testing of the packages! As always a new build is triggered as soon as the Simultaneous Release repository changes.

E.g. it would be good to get early feedback about the following bugs:
