Hi package maintainers,

here is the build for Kepler SR1 RC3:

Because we faced some bad update problems on Mac OSX in the past (and because I cannot test this scenario), I ask you for update tests on this platform. All you need is the following two URLs of the p2 repositories and a pristine Kepler package.
