Hi Markus,

in EPP we follow our Committer and Maintainer policy [1] which is similar to the Orbit project. In essence we only allow one committer for each package. In case he or she is on vacation, we never had problems to find another committer who applied a simple patch or modified some of the XML files. Having multiple committers for a single package is not they way I'd like to go. I hope that's understandable.
