All,

We are going to start working on our download page.  You can follow the 
action via https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=404861

Just so everyone knows, we are planning to only show the top 5 packages 
on the main page.  We will add a button to show more packages. 
Unfortunately the number of different packages is just getting too 
confusing for people.
