I'm having some issues with mobile this release.

My reply is "+1 with reservations".

I got an NPE and some errors messages in the Log while doing some
Android workflows. I posted on the Android tools group and Tor says
this is a known issue in the way the SDK renders icons for the layout
editor and does not negatively affect developer workflows.

I had one issue that seems related to JDT. I got about 20 messages
like the one below on Windows. I can't tell exactly when it occurred
and attempting to recreate with a pristine installation and workspace.
It was probably as I was switching from the debug perspective back to
Java as that seems where it was showing up in the sequence of errors.

When I performed the test on Windows (Saturday) it had the problem,
but when I tested on Sunday on Linux it did not occur. I don't think
it was related to eclipse.org being offline for the move, but stranger
things have happened. ;-)
