[epp-dev] Juno SR1 RC1 EPP packages

Hi all,

over the last week I've updated all the EPP packages to Juno SR1, changed their EPP version to 1.5.1, and made all minor and major adjustments to get a valid build for the first warm-up release towards Juno SR1. All of them can be build successfully and I don't see any errors in the build log.

I would propose to call this build the Juno SR1 RC1 build *without* requesting +1 votes, without doing the additional work of distributing them to all mirror servers and without putting them on the main Eclipse download page. But beginning with the next RC I would like to switch to our standard procedure.
