[epp-dev] juno rc3 classic package is missing

I've notice that the classic packages for Juno rc3 is broken under the dev builds.

I believe it's because theFakePackageLocation is set to a folder that dosent exist anymore.

</FakePackageLocation>

The classic package is currently disabled on the dev builds page.
