Re: [epp-dev] Perspective chooser docking options

I think it's a very unfortunate thing to miss in Juno. How many more
UI devices are missing like this one?

FWIW, the Android tools team are reluctant to update to 4.x right now.
I thought this was a conservative choice, but perhaps they aren't as
misguided as I thought.
