It's not only the repository that is ready, the packages that received a +1 from their package maintainer are available from the Developers Tab on the download page:
The remaining packages will be made available as soon as they get a positive vote.

The EPP Package downloads will be ready soon, later today, if not already by the time you read this.
So, the end-game begins ... RC1 is due in 2 short weeks, and then, after that, only one week between the remaining few RCs.
