[epp-dev] Updating a package (Parallel package) gives errors

Strange, I got two error reports this morning of trying to update the parallel package with (different) errors (see attached below)
I did this on Friday, tested updating a Mac64 SR1 parallel package to SR2 successfully.
Trying it again this morning. It's somewhat slow, but got past the license agreement at least, looks ok so far.
Any idea why these users got errors updating?

I tried to update to SR2 (Linux 64) but got this message:
Cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency.
