Doug, good idea.
I think it's in our epp project files org.eclipse.epp.package.<pkgName>.features
in the eclipse_<pkgName>_juno.xml file
As EPP committers I'm assuming we can change our own.
OK to do that, Markus?  I'm assuming linux tools will graduate and so we can remove the somewhat intimidating, and line-length annoying, incubating designation.

They are still using the "including incubating components" terminology?
IIRC, that was intimidating to users.
