Re: [epp-dev] Comparing Packages - Indigo +1s required

Some comments:

- As Markus pointed out, the RCP/Plugin package actually contains RAP as well (and RAP is missing from the table).  I'm not sure if RCP/RAP is a compelling name but RAP should definitely be mentioned.

- Also, Markus pointed out ECF.  It is in every package partially as part of p2.  So either it should be checked (gray) in every column or removed.  The question is really whether enough of it is in there so as to be relevant to consumers of this table.  In essence it is implementation detail (in this context) rather than something that would help drive consumer choice as to which package to get.

- The Scout package seems the odd one out.  All the other packages are domain/technology driven.  E.g., I do C development or I write web apps.  Scout is a project.  As I recall, we have shied away from project specific packages in favour of consumer focused packages.
