[epp-dev] Indigo SR3 packages

Hi package maintainers,

I *hope* that this will be the final RC3 build, but not all packages are ready yet.
If you have some time for testing, please go ahead. 3 or 4 packages are still missing, but that shouldn't prevent you from testing the build and from sending your vote to this mailing list.

I had to restart the EPP package build because of a network switch that failed and a reboot of the build server.
