Yes, I agree that m2e should only log INFO or maybe even ERROR messages
by default, but... can we move this discussion to
cross-projects-issues-dev, where Vlad has already explain the problem
and outlined a possible solution?

Having a console or log full of messages is distracting and disturbing for users.  If there are real problems, log them is great.  Fixing them is even better :-)  The logging mechanism should not be used for tracing and debug info unless the user explicitly asks for this.
