I've pushed the downloads page live for the M4 packages with an exception.
The parallels package has issues in the XML file i use to read in the
package info. I've let Markus know about this and will promote this
package when its resolved.

We haven't thoroughly tested all platforms and we'll probably tweak features
for M5 but a great first pass.
