[epp-dev] Where is Usage Data Collector server side script (upload.php)

Hi All,

I'm interested in using the UDC functionality internally within an
enterprise -- in particular for collecting & monitoring of errors
logged by plugins.

I've imported the plugin set, but it doesn't appear to include any
sort of boiler-plate server side script. There's a note in the
Technical FAQ about changing the upload target, but AFAICS no
documentation or pointers on what the server side script should look
like.

So, is there an example of an upload.php and associated server side
scripts somewhere?
