[epp-dev] EPP builds and Buckminster 3.6

Hi EPP team,
Today you use Buckminster 3.5.x for the Epp packaging build. One of the 
difficulties we had when setting it up was the build id insertion in the 
about.mappings file for each branding plug-in. We solved it by adding a 
buckminster.cspex with an additional action to each branding plug-in. A 
more formal support for this has now been added to Buckminster [1] which 
means that the cspex can be removed once you switch to 3.6.

There is one minor problem however. Your current cspex files will 
conflict with the new functionality. When you do the switch to 3.6, you 
can remedy this in one of two ways. Either remove the cspex files, or 
disable the new support by setting:

 pde.consider.about.mappings=false
