[epp-dev] EPP Build and Hudson

Hello EPP Team,

   The EPP build has been created on Hudson[1] under the Technology 
tab.  The dev-epp group has been given permission to manage the build.  
If you could log in an check it out that would be great.  So now we just 
need to get the startEPP35.sh script integrated into Hudson and we will 
have a cool automated build setup like everyone else.
