Hmm, it is not really that urgent... ;-)

I have to admit that I took 'your' versions as input and updated the necessary 
lines in my local version here:
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/org.eclipse.epp/releng/org.eclipse.epp.config/?root=Technology_Project&pathrev=HEAD

E.g. in the new eclipse_jee_341.xml file you can find all the differences to 
your configuration.

But you are right that it is on my todo list to ask you to update your own 
configuration files and to switch back to your configs.
