[epp-dev] Update: EPP wizard / dynamic package delivery / p2 installer

Hi everybody,

We got a GO from IP.
So I reviewed and commited the patch.
CVS is now up-to-date. To try the wizard just follow this three steps  
in your Eclipse IDE:

1. Import the Projectset: http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/org.eclipse.epp/plugins/org.eclipse.epp.wizard.releng/eppwizard.psf?root=Technology_Project&view=co
2. Start the launch configuration "EPP Wizard OSGi"
3. Open a Browser: http://localhost:8008/rap
