[epp-dev] New & Noteworthy URL's

Hi package maintainers,

the short version: Please update and add the new section with New & Noteworthy 
URL's to your configuration files.

Long version: As you can see here [1], there is a new section on the bottom 
right of every generated web page. This kind of link to the New & Noteworthy 
pages of the included projects has been requested by the community several 
times, and it would be nice to have this information available for every 
package.
I've added the URL's to some package configurations which can be used as an 
example [2].
