Hi,

ECF has reached its 1.0.0 release 
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=192088), and we would 
like to request inclusion of ECF in some distros produced by EPP for 
Europa release.  I've filed an epp enhancement request for this here:  
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=193251.

ECF is relatively small in size (~6meg) and is easily ignored if 
undesired, as most UI is now present in separate communications 
perspective.
