[epf-dev] Location for the iframe

Hi:

I want to give a try to Hypothes.is[1] annotation tool for getting feedback from published content. Sadly it can't work with iframed content without some help[2] so I'm looking for the main index.htm template inside org.eclipse.epf.publish* components to add the configuration Hypothes.is requires but I can't find it.

Any tip?
