a bugzilla raised recently for this:

hosts these EPF Wiki web sites.
I've  sent
him an email to ask if he plans to address this, or if I should remove
links to these published sites.

Note that you
can still download the published sites and browse them that way.
https://www.eclipse.org/epf/downloads/configurations/pubconfig_downloads.php

It's not as convenient,
I know.
