This feature is not available in EPF
Composer. It is available in the commercial extension though: Rational
Method Composer.

I´d like to know if this request from 2007
was implemented or not:

I was planning to do a horizontal oriented
diagram, and I couldn´t include a join/fork as a vertical line.
