[epf-dev] EPF Practice Library 1.5.1 download corrupt?
The problem you're experiencing with the "corrupted" EPF may be because a "blocked" attribute could have been added to the zip file by your browser when you downloaded it from the EPF web site. To fix this, right click on the zip file and select Properties (see attached screenshot). At the bottom of the General tab under Attributes it may say the file is Blocked. If so, click on Unblock. Then you can unzip it again and it should work.

Dear EPF Maintainers.
It looks to me that the EPF Practice library file epf_practices_library_1.5.1_20100928.zip is corrupted, since I always 
get "Header corrupt" messages from Winzip.
I have tried different mirrors and also the epf_practices_library_1.5.1_RC_20100921.zip from the archive directory, all 
with the same results.

I downloaded the library yesterday and used it to update the Wiki site, see http://epf.eclipse.org/wikis/epfpractices. The thing is: I am using Ubuntu. When I try to open on Windows 7 I also get an error message. I tried it with 
the Windows 7 extract and 7-zip. Both don't work on Windows 7.
If you want an alternate download link I can send you one that does work for 
me on Windows 7.

Hi Onno.
Thanks for the Info, I tried it under Windows XP (actually with UltimateZIP and Windows Compressed Folders, not with 
WinZip as I wrote).
I actually managed to grab my data now via CVS from the repo, so I don't need the zip that much now.
But the thing is that it will be a lot of users complaining / silently aborting the download and abandon the usage of 
the EPF if it doesn't "download and unzip out of the box".
Could you (or any other of the EPF maintainer) please put a zip file on the EPF download section which is "compatible 
with standard ZIP applications" (whatever that means)?
