[epf-dev] SCRUM publishing steps?

Hi,

 

I have downloaded SCRUM downloads from link http://www.eclipse.org/epf/downloads/scrum/scrum_downloads.php

 

I want to publish it to start using by team, but unable to find the steps for publishing. I understand the scrum plug-in is ready to publish, it does not need any changes. Correct my understanding!
