memory translation tool - OmegaT. The use of this tool will allow an ease

1.0). This translation has been completed. OpenUP V 1.0 library, except

until either all 28 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least

successful election.
