Hi Guys: Ok so it looks like you are getting spammed by myself an
Phillipe, but here is the scoop on booking the Sheraton Wall center. If your travel department freaks at the rates then let me know
and I will see if I can't find space in a local bed and breakfast joint for
you. I am assuming this will be a small F2F (about 10 people). If
there are more than 10 coming I can always find us a bigger space. This is what
is booked so far: Wednesday July 16th (12:30 - 6:00) Thursday July 17th (9:00-5:00) Friday
July 18th(8:00- 1:00) Can I get a count of who is coming to verify numbers for

for "UBC rate" which should be $205 at these dates (high
season!!!) they msut insist that they are guest for a meeting at the UBC ECE
