[epf-dev] Upgrading to EPFC 1.5 - please commit work to CVS

As mentioned before, we want to upgrade
to EPF Composer 1.5 (from version 1.2.0.2 currently being used).
Please commit any work you might be
doing on the practices library today by noon Pacific Time. At that time,
I'll label the library in CVS and open it and save with EPFC 1.5.
I'll send another note with the instructions
for download/setup.
