Subject: [epf-dev] Iteration assessment and planning on May 2,8:00-10:00 AM PDT

Hi,

As it seems we have agreement (I'm taking silence as agreement :-)), we will have our Inception iteration assessment and planning for Elaboration iteration 1 this Friday, May 2, from 8:00AM to 10:00AM PDT.
We will not have our regular Wednesday call this week.

Dear committers, former discipline owners and current practices leads - please, consider some important objectives for this iteration:
- triage Bugzilla: please, make sure old issues raised in Bugzilla against OpenUP 1.0 are either closed or assigned as new practice library work, as appropriate
- new work: please, make sure each practice has bugs raised against it, so work can be planned

Plan for next iteration - some objectives:
- get content authors up to speed with the method authoring guidelines
- agree on objectives and how much can be done per practice

        - e.g., agree on structuring practices according to method authoring guidelines
- make sure regular calls are happening (per practice / set of interrelated practices)

Here's the list of old Bugzilla items that need to go under triage:

And please refer to email sent by Jim Ruehlin to epf-dev on 4/14, subject "Re-thinking Bugzilla Prefixes" for a reminder on what prefixes to use when creating Bugzilla entries.

Thank you all. Talk to you on Friday.

Ricardo Balduino.
