[epf-dev] Agenda for Architecture Content call today

Hi all

This is to remind all those interested that there is a call scheduled for
today to discuss Architecture content changes for the forthcoming OpenUP
1.5 release.

I have attached an excel spreadsheet listing the current bugzilla entries
associated with the Architecture content and prioritised some for
discussion today.

The main focus of 1.5 effort should be on restructuring the content against
the new Library structure. I'm guessing that this work will be pretty
straightforward and can be accomplished quickly (famous last words...),
leaving us plenty of time to discuss the potentially more interesting topic
of the proposed content improvements in the current bugzillas.

There also seems to be an important discussion to have around defining what
we mean by Evolutionary Architecture and working out how best to
communicate this in OpenUP. The prioritised bugzillas in the spreadsheet
are associated with this.

So I suggest that the agenda today should be:
1. Introductions
2. Discussion: Architecture Content in OpenUP
      Are we happy with it?
      Ideas for improvements
What is Evolutionary Architecture and do we reflect this in OpenUP?
3. Discussion on structural changes required to adapt to the new Library
format.
4. Review of existing bugs and volunteers for fixing them

The call details are up on the Yahoo calendar:

cheers
