This version is designed specifically for Eclipse and exists both as standalone version and as Eclipse plug-in, and can be downloaded at www.projectkoach.com.

 

Highlights of improvements:

• Feature-driven planning: plan directly with Eclipse files for requirements and issues (work items)
• Integrates with developers’ Eclipse-based workspace for focused task view and delegated estimation and status reporting
• Zero-administration of project files. ProjectKoach utilizes Eclipse’s built-in teamwork support for sharing of project files in the team
• Direct import of OpenUP configurations for use as templates in iteration plans (Standalone version only)
• Improved Gantt-chart capabilities
