Hi,

I agree that the output needs to be
the "Continuous Integration Build". It takes your little piece
of work and integrates with the rest, whenever that is... It is not a 'nightly
build', it just says that as you produce something of value, integrate
it so you can get feedback.

On feedback, I agree that it would be
good to make more explicit, but I am also afraid of adding more complexity.
Should there be a separate graphic talking specifically about feedback
loops?
- Continuous Integration Build provides
feedback on what you did last
- Daily status meeting impacts what
you do next day, and potentially the iteration plan
- Iterations give feedback impacting
the backlog / project plan

I think we have an issue with iterations
not being sufficiently visible in the Project Lifecycle graphic. On my
slides, I am now putting in "Iteration 1, Iteration 2, ..." for
the different iterations... Is there a solution that is crips that does
not involve as much text?

On changes of the cogs. This may be
an improvement, but if you see that doing an iteration is to churn the
middle wheel one round, then it would drive the project lifecycle forward
by two full project lengths,,, (25 vs. 13 cogs). That is why we originally
but the big cog in, which mpped to cogs corresponding to the iterations
on the Project Lifecycle... Is there a solution to this? Especially when
combined with the above point on iterations not being visible in the project
lifecycle, I think we have a problem...

Each of the levels should show some sort of product.  I like the term
"build" but not so sure about "nightly build" as it
implies a specific
rate.
