Thread-topic: Default "Show all steps" in published website.

Does anyone knows how to default to “Show all steps” in the published tasks? I tried viewing the source of the page, but not even the text “show all steps” appears, and I can’t find the corresponding jscript or the place where the “show all steps” is called, to call it on_body_load.
