[epf-dev] objectives coming up

Hi,

I’ve had a discussion with Per
about what could potentially be the objectives for the next EPF release.
I’m capturing what we brainstormed in this email for our discussion.

Potential objectives for next release
(in no particular order):

Create enablement material for
OpenUP
Evolve Scrum plug-in
Migrate EPF Wiki to Eclipse (technically
and legally)
Finish at least one translation
of OpenUP
Evolve OpenUP where needed (primarily
by triaging and addressing those bugs currently reported in Bugzilla)
Have Agile Business Rules plug-in
contributed and initial version available
Any other?

Now the question is: Who is willing
to commit to what objectives by when?
We could treat those objectives
as small, independent projects. As you would expect, we should evolve those
projects iteratively, so at the end of each month we assess our progress.


I hope this gives us a few ideas
for a general approach. Do you have any concerns or comments?
