[scrum] Need to expand the glossary for the Scrum plugin |
Attendees: Ana, Brian, Jim, Lyndon & Ricardo
Notes:
- Need a vision statement statement: Document with a clear problem statement.
- shows vanilla scrum process
- Provide scope for feature prioritization.
- OpenUP has a vision page on the Eclipse.org/epf site which should serve as an example.
- Conchango have a published site for the Scrum process that is promoted by Ken Schwaber: http://scrumforteamsystem.com/ProcessGuidance/Scrum/Scrum.html (might be worth visiting to see how they represent aspects of the methodology and process.
- Version # for bug submissions on bugzilla, does this need to be changed? Is there a potential issue identifying the version of the plugin that a bug applies to?
- Milestone planning ideas:
- Review of the scrum plugin.
- Complete translation (enter bugs against all the problems that are discovered).
- Update navigation to proposed structure and incorporate Scrum phases.
- Add glossary
- Add index
- There is a face-to-face in New York during this month, which might be a good opportunity for some Scrum representation.
Actions:
- Update the navigation bug with a proposed outline of the navigation (possibly include the mockup plugin). - Lyndon
- Enter a bug to create a glossary within the Scrum plugin and enumerate approximately 11 common terms that should be included in the glossary - Lyndon
- Enter a bug to create an index in the Scrum plugin - Lyndon
Cheers,
-Lyndon-
