Notes:
  1. Need a vision statement statement: Document with a clear problem statement.
    • shows vanilla scrum process
    • Provide scope for feature prioritization.
    • OpenUP has a vision page on the Eclipse.org/epf site which should serve as an example.
  2. Conchango have a published site for the Scrum process that is promoted by Ken Schwaber: http://scrumforteamsystem.com/ProcessGuidance/Scrum/Scrum.html (might be worth visiting to see how they represent aspects of the methodology and process.
  3. Version # for bug submissions on bugzilla, does this need to be changed?  Is there a potential issue identifying the version of the plugin that a bug applies to?
  4. Milestone planning ideas:
    • Review of the scrum plugin.
    • Complete translation (enter bugs against all the problems that are discovered).
    • Update navigation to proposed structure and incorporate Scrum phases.
    • Add glossary
    • Add index
  5. There is a face-to-face in New York during this month, which might be a good opportunity for some Scrum representation.

Actions:
  1. Update the navigation bug with a proposed outline of the navigation (possibly include the mockup plugin). - Lyndon
  2. Enter a bug to create a  glossary within the Scrum plugin and enumerate approximately 11 common terms that should be included in the glossary - Lyndon
  3. Enter a bug to create an index in the Scrum plugin - Lyndon

-Lyndon-
