RE: [epf-dev] EPF Process Content Call, 10/25

Brian, count me in! Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to make the call tomorrow as I'm in Europe at a conference this week (spreading the word about EPF among other things), but I'll give it a shot. If not, let me know how it goes...

Subject: [epf-dev] EPF Process Content Call, 10/25

hiho,

We are going to have a status call for the content authoring effort under the Eclipse Process Framework project at 8am pacific time on Wednesday, October 25.

This call is for anyone that would want to participate in authoring content or reviewing content for any of the process authoring effort under the EPF project.  This includes OpenUP/Basic moving from its current 0.9 state to 1.0, it includes work on the DSDM, XP, and Scrum process content, and OpenUP plug-ins like MDD and Value-Based Software Engineering.  While those are the things I can think of on my radar as I write this message, please feel free to participate in the call if you have something else that you can donate to the Eclipse Foundation or that you would like to work on authoring with other contributors.

Per Kroll, the EPF Project Lead, will be sending out a draft roadmap tomorrow for the upcoming content work.  After introductions, we will walk through that document in the call.

We are time-boxing the call to one hour.  We expect to end it with a good amount of loose ends and additional work to be done to firm up our plan on subsequent calls.  But this should be a good context-setting meeting for those that will be involved.

If you are interested in participating in authoring but can’t make the call, please drop me a line.  I would like for us to have a good feel for who will be participating in this as we move into the Implementation phase of this project.

For the call, please dial-in to:
