[epf-dev] 20+ minor updates done - General and Overview

Hi,

in the interest of openess, I wanted
to make sure that people are aware of that we are doing many minor changes
based on last second feedback. I have just completed 20-30 changes, including
removing 4 empty guidelines, and cleanups in various areas. It is all documented
in the 4 attachments and body of https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=159323
A number of things are also deferred,
again, all documented in the attachments.

Jim and Ricardo are working on similar
bugs and feedback for other content areas. I let them send out note when
they have somethign to report.
