[epf-dev] Important topics for today's PM meeting

Hi,

i would like to cover the following topics for the PM meeting today (unfortunately, I will only be able to attend 30 min, and will have no internet access)

1) I have made suggestions for changes to Chris A' mtrl on Status Assessment, see attachments, with associated updates to bugzilla, see

A) We need to agree on what we are doing, since I see a lot of changes recommended. If we agree on what we do, I can update CVS this PM (EST), so it makes it into todays build. But note that there are very important things we need to agree on, such as what this  task does relative to Manage Iteration, whether we need the guidelines (I do not think so), etc
B) We must get this looked down into CVS today, see A).

2) We need to understand where Joe is at. This is what is in Bugzilla

I notice that

is in Verified, yet, CVS is empty. This is not acceptable. Also, Joe says he has asked Ricardo to update a lot of stuff in CVS. We need to be clear on what staus is and what shold be reviewed.

3) I am now almost done with all of my PM stuff. Scott will provide feedback over the weekend on

As soon as the bug in RC1 is resolved so I can use a new build (expected today), I will implement

I am discussing with Jim what is left to do on

if any, but that should be close to done.

I have an hour of work left on

and then I will send for re-review. Should be done hopefully today or over the weekend.
All my other bugs are Closed.
