Hi folks, related to subject bug (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=150769):

I've updated the "Plug-in Development
guide for EPF Composer" doc to include guidance on how to create references
appropriately. Refer to section 3.2 of this document, found here:

I've also reviewed most of elements
in the library, looking for occurrences of references in order to validate
that we are using the suggested approach. 
I've fixed some references, but I bet
I may have missed some. In particular, there are some pointed here:

to SEI/CMU
supporting_requirements guideline -
[needs reference from Ana]
using_patterns guideline - reference
to OOPSLA96
