[epf-dev] Today's PM meeting

Title: Today's PM meeting

Just a reminder that we are having a PM meeting this morning at 10am PDT. I'd like to discuss the following:

- Review PM work item list, point estimation, iteration allocation, and assignments
- Discuss OpenUP re-architecting and impact on PM (tasks, capability patterns, etc)
- Discuss how to demonstrate that OpenUP PM work item list (based on Chris and Per's example) can be used to show project and iteration burndown

- Discuss Jeff Sutherland's approach to measuring burndown (consider adding two additional attributes to work item list)

- Review Joe's updates to Project Manager role

I've attached Jeff's whitepaper where he discusses taking Scrum to the next level. The relevant section regarding the additional attributes is 5.4.4. I've also attached an updated work item list example, the burndown, and Joe's PM updates. Talk to you soon…

Thanks, Chris ~:|
