Re: [epf-dev] OpenUP Overview Diagram

This looks like a good start.  It would definitely be a good overview for
a "Intro to the Practices" page I think, although might not be the main
graphic we need for the home page.

Perhaps instead of "Requirements" we should use the word "intentions?"
