We need to start finalising the attendee list for this meeting and build an
agenda.

 I think this is everyone who has responded so far. Apologies if you have
 contacted me and you're not on the list - please get in touch. I have
 spoken to Julian but I can't recall if he is coming himself or sending
 someone from his team. Julian - could you let me know please?

 There's still room for others to attend - we have a capacity of around 25.
 If you would like to come, please get in touch. The meeting is at Xansa's
 office in Reading, so I will need to get a security pass made up and
 arrange car parking if you need it.

 So far, only Ana has asked for an agenda slot. If you would like one,
 please ask.
