[epf-dev] Collaboration Definition White Paper Draft

Hello all,
At the last Core Concept meeting we spent a chunk of time
discussing collaboration and the benefits it can bring. There was agreement in the
meeting that we were working from different definitions of what collaboration
means. I volunteered to create an initial draft of a white paper defining
collaboration for EPF so we could create a common definition.
Attached is the draft that I hope will help us move towards
a common definition of collaboration. It’s still a little rough as I
wanted to get the ideas presented for discussion before spending a lot of time
on details.
