[epf-dev] Planned Whitepapers

Hello everyone,

In the last committer meeting the following
whitepapers were planned.   The goal of
these whitepapers was to provide additional
clarity around what we were building
in this project.    

I put down the names of the authors
who were planning on writing it as well.

Just wanted to check on status of these
papers?  Have any been written?
In the process of being written? Started?
