Hello.
We have uploaded an initial draft of
the EPF Composer Vision document in the CVS repository (RTF format).  Please
review and provide feedback.

In the meeting on Friday we proposed
the following requirements management plan:  
- We will communicate needs and features
for the tool and meta-model using the BUP vision template
- Features that are selected for realization
by a committer will be tracked and traced with bugzilla records
- Bugzilla records represent BUP Work
Items that trace requirements to design to code
- Features will be detailed by the committer
with use case specifications using BUP guidance
- Vision and Use Case document will
be managed in CVS as RTF files 
  (might change to html based on
overall committer preference)

We will do a document walkthrough of
the vision in the meeting next week as well.
