A project lead election for Stephane Begaudeau on project Eclipse Extended
Editing Framework (EEF) (modeling.eef) was started by Goulwen Le Fur with
this criteria:

Stéphane was strongly involved in the EEF project these last years.
He participated a lot in the redesign and the development of the EEF brand
new version (since 1.6).

I have no longer time to manage the project so I believe that Stéphane will
perfectly assume this role.
